When you book: name, e-mail, phone number, vehicle registration number, make and model, flight numbers, number of passengers and any note you add. For card payments, card details are handled directly by the payment provider — the operator never sees or stores them. When you use the site: the IP address the form was sent from (protection against abuse). On site: camera recordings including vehicle registration numbers.
Performance of the contract (booking, allocating a space, transfer, communication about your booking) — without these data the service cannot be provided. Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax documents). Legitimate interest: protecting property and safety on site through cameras, protecting the booking form from abuse and pursuing any legal claims. None of this requires your consent; we send no marketing e-mails.
Booking data for the duration of the contract and then for statutory periods (accounting records 10 years). Customer contact details are anonymised 24 months after the last departure — the booking stays for accounting purposes, but without name, e-mail or phone. Sent e-mails 12 months, payment records 12 months, the internal change log 24 months. Camera recordings for at most 15 days, unless they need to be kept longer to pursue a legal claim.
The payment provider (card payments only), the e-mail provider that sends your confirmations, and the hosting provider whose servers run the application. A partner garage or car rental company only to the extent of an additional service you explicitly order. Public authorities where required by law. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest — including the camera system. Send your request to info@bocianparking.sk; we will handle it within one month. If you disagree with the outcome, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
We use no profiling and no automated decision-making with legal effect. Assigning a particular parking space is a technical calculation of free capacity, not a decision about a person.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies only: staff login to the internal section. We use no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies, which is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
